Role Description
The Senior Agency Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading and growing the agency sales channel. This position involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agency partners and advisors to achieve business targets and expand the customer base. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
