Responsibilities:
- All incoming materials test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan and Standards.
- Ensure Quality of work executed is as per the relevant technical specification / standards.
- Coordinating for all external lab test as per approved Inspection and Test Plan.
- Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the BLT project.
- Establish procedures for material testing, workmanship assessment, and documentation control.
- Site visit in daily basis to check the site work as per our project contract method and maintain proper process to execute the work with required quality.
- Weekly/Monthly Quality Walk with client/PM for continual improvement and compliance within target date.
- Client Handling, Communication resolve issues (if any) with immediate effect.
- Customer feedback by conducting client meeting.
- Ensure Audit compliance within stipulated time.
- Checking all materials jointly with client to ensure the brand, manufacturing, quality of materials is okay as per our project contract.
Also conduct testing (in house & third-party lab. Test) of all materials for checking the quality.
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and site walkthroughs to identify defects or deviations.
- Ensure proper testing of concrete, steel, and other materials at approved laboratories.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related non-conformances.
- Visit all RMC vendors resources, check all materials, calibration certificates of all equipment’s, conduct mix design to reduce concrete cost.
- Maintain all test reports, monthly progress report, all quality registers, files and co-ordinate with office management.
- Conduct quality training to supervisors, site engineers and all labours to execute work as per out contract process and maintain the quality of work and improve the skills.
