Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization across marketplaces and the company website. Daily responsibilities include monitoring website performance, analyzing sales and traffic data, coordinating promotions, and ensuring accurate inventory visibility online. The role involves responding to customer inquiries related to online orders,



collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates, and supporting digital merchandising initiatives. The Ecommerce Specialist will also assist in identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and streamline ecommerce operations.

Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including managing online marketplaces and product listings
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting sales, traffic, and conversion data
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues professionally
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Sales awareness, with an understanding of online selling strategies and promotional tactics
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and basic MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills to manage multiple listin
