Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in the Electronics Components Distribution Industry
(Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
(Fluency in English is mandatory)
- Strong customer communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in handling RFQs, quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and coordination with customers and internal teams
- Good knowledge of electronic components, OEM/EMS customers, and distributor operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:




- Handle customer inquiries through email and phone professionally.
- Process RFQs, quotations, sales orders, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide order status updates and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the ERP system.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through prompt communication.
