We are seeking a
Personal Branding Specialist
to help build, manage, and grow strong personal brands for founders, executives, and professionals across digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating content strategies, managing online presence, and shaping consistent personal narratives that enhance visibility, credibility, and influence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personal branding strategies for individuals (founders, leaders, professionals).
- Build and maintain strong online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content including posts, articles, scripts, and thought leadership pieces.
- Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to define brand voice and positioning.
- Plan and manage content calendars for consistent personal brand growth.




- Research industry trends and identify content opportunities for engagement.
- Optimize profiles (LinkedIn bios, headlines, summaries) for visibility and impact.
- Monitor engagement, analytics, and audience growth metrics.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals and creatives.
- Support reputation management and online communication strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in personal branding, content strategy, digital marketing, or communications.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and skilled networking platforms.
- Knowledge of personal branding principles and audience psychology.
- Ability to create engaging and authentic content.
- Familiarity with content tools, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
