Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Insurance (Hospital)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Insurance to manage insurance and TPA relationships, enhance cashless hospitalization services, and increase the hospital’s empanelment and patient referrals. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital insurance coordination, TPA processes, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and TPAs.

* Coordinate with insurance partners for cashless hospitalization approvals.

* Identify opportunities for new insurance and corporate empanelments.

* Ensure timely submission and follow-up of pre-authorizations, claims, and required documents.

* Coordinate with billing, MRD, front office, and clinical teams for smooth claim processing.

* Resolve insurance-related queries and claim issues.





* Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies for outstanding claims and payments.

* Generate business through corporate tie-ups, insurance partners, and referral networks.

* Prepare monthly reports on insurance business, claims, and empanelment status.

* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in hospital insurance, TPA coordination, or healthcare business development.

* Knowledge of cashless hospitalization, insurance claims, and TPA procedures.

* Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Hospital experience will be preferred.
