Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Ticket Management Specialist with experience in managing and coordinating support tickets across internal and customer-facing systems.;

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with ticketing workflows and basic request triage (or equivalent hands-on support experience).
- Familiarity with identity and access concepts (roles, permissions, groups) and careful documentation.
- Experience working with one or more of the following: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Salesforce, AWS, Datadog, AI tools.
- Knowledge of common security tooling and request handling practices (e.g., vulnerability scanning platforms and security dashboards).
- Experience creating audit-style reporting or maintaining process documentation.
- ;Manage ticket intake, categorization, prioritization, and lifecycle tracking across assigned platforms.
- Coordinate access provisioning and updates by ensuring permissions follow a least-privilege approach.
- Support onboarding, supervision,



and periodic access reviews, including maintaining clear records.
- Produce structured audit reports covering relevant tools, aligned with CloudOps documentation and guidelines.
- Assist with user and request troubleshooting across collaboration, development, security, infrastructure, customer, and reporting systems.
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail when handling requests and access changes.
