*About the Role*

The
Quick Commerce Sales Head
will own the complete Quick Commerce business for
Sygnia Brandworks LLP.




This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, platform partnerships, commercial performance, channel profitability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing national Quick Commerce accounts, driving revenue growth, executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and building profitable partnerships with leading marketplaces.

*Key Responsibilities*

Business Growth & Expansion
- Drive revenue growth across existing Quick Commerce platforms, including BigBasket and Swiggy Instamart.
- Lead expansion and onboarding on Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Fresh, and other emerging Quick Commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Account Management
- Build and manage strategic relationships with Category Managers, Buying Teams, and platform stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, assortment planning, promot
