About the Role
ZFORB International is looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives with experience in pre-sales, telecalling, and client invitation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Invite customers to company presentations and promotional events.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting targets.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Invitation Campaigns.
- Experience in Hotels, Vacation Ownership/Timeshare, Luxury Automobiles, Banking, Real Estate, or Hospitality will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
