Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive / Data Entry Operator to manage client billing, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and experience in billing or MIS operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate client invoices and billing reports.
- Perform data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile billing data using MS Excel.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect billing information.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly billing activities.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Data Entry, MIS, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Positive analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
