POSITION SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Head will be the senior digital commerce leader at Speedex, responsible for owning and scaling the brand's entire online business.
This is a full-spectrum role spanning D2C strategy, marketplace operations, digital marketing, P&L; ownership, and team leadership - executed with the commercial rigour and speed that a fast-growing consumer brand demands. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the E-Commerce Head will build and lead a high-performing team and will be a key voice in shaping Speedex's digital growth trajectory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Strategy & P&L; Ownership
• Own the overall business strategy, revenue targets, and P&L; for the brand's digital commerce vertical.
• Identify current market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to accelerate growth.
• Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations
• Lead and scale D2C e-commerce operations across owned channels and all major marketplace portals.
