Role Description

on-site Aquaculture / Fisheries Intern – Vertical Crab Farming
role based at MarineZen's farming facility in
Balugaon, Chilika, Odisha, India
.

The intern will assist in day-to-day operations of vertical crab farming units, including monitoring crab health, growth, molting, and behavior under controlled farming conditions.

Responsibilities include supporting feed management, water quality monitoring, tank maintenance, stock management, data collection, and farm record keeping. The role involves working closely with aquaculture and engineering teams to implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to trials that improve farming efficiency, survival rates, and production performance.
