About the Role

1. We are looking for a detail-oriented
Data Operations Analyst
to support a critical reporting function. This role is primarily focused on the manual execution and monitoring of reporting processes within an established analytics workplace. The ideal candidate will be comfortable following documented procedures, executing scripts, validating outputs, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating problems when necessary.
2. This is
not a senior development role
. We are seeking someone who can reliably operate within an existing reporting ecosystem while working closely with the analytics and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled and ad hoc reporting processes following established procedures.
- Run and monitor
Power BI reports
,
R scripts
, and associated reporting workflows.
- Execute SQL queries against SQL Server and Databricks environments.




- Support Python-based reporting and data processing scripts as instructed.
- Validate report outputs for completeness and accuracy before delivery.
- Monitor automated and manual reporting jobs and identify failures or anomalies.
- Troubleshoot basic execution issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain execution logs and document any errors, observations, or process improvements.
- Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to ensure timely report generation.
- Follow standard operating procedures while ensuring adherence to data governance and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in data operations, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics support.
- Working knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience executing and troubleshooting R scripts.
- Good understanding of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Databricks and executing
