Role Description
The Supervisor and Order Processor is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day order processing operations, including receiving customer orders, verifying details, updating internal systems, and coordinating with warehouse or production teams to ensure timely fulfillment. The role involves supervising a small team, assigning tasks, monitoring workflow,



and resolving operational issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency. The Supervisor and Order Processor will communicate with internal stakeholders to track order status, handle basic customer queries related to orders, and escalate issues when needed. The role also includes maintaining records, following company procedures, supporting process improvements, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage and supervise daily operations, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and team support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and deadlines accurately.
