About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Recruitment Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and offers an opportunity to secure a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Support HR team with recruitment-related documentation and reporting.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM (HR or related specialization preferred).
- 2026 Batch or Final-Year MBA/PGDM students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
