This is a hybrid role based in Vadodara.
- Mandatory Office Hours:
3:30 PM to 8:00 PM IST — work from our Vadodara office
- Work From Home:
9:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST

? Candidates must currently be based in Vadodara OR willing to relocate to Vadodara before joining.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
IT Systems Administrator
to manage day-to-day IT support, system setup, asset management, user access, software administration, security updates, and IT documentation for our India office.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized,



and capable of supporting employees with hardware, software, system access, and technology-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up laptops, desktops, systems, software, and user access for new employees.
- Manage IT offboarding, including collection of company assets, access removal, data backup if required, and secure system wipe.
- Provide day-to-day hardware and software support to India office employees.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, internet, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and other business applications.
- Create, modify, and revoke user access for company applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canopy, QuickBooks, Payroll Relief, UltraTax, and other tools.
- Maintain a complete IT Fixed Asset Register for laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, software licenses, and other office assets.
- Recommend system specifications during purchase
