Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and highly skilled CAIE Computer Science Teacher to join academic team of a reputed school in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for delivering the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) curriculum based digital literacy program to young students of Primary sections.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in alignment with the
CAIE Computer Science syllabi.
- Teach core theoretical concepts including computer architecture, data representation, networking, databases, and emerging technologies.
- Design, grade, and evaluate assessments utilizing authentic Cambridge marking schemes.
- Coordinate with the school’s IT department to ensure the computer lab has the appropriate software environments (e.g., Python IDEs, SQL databases, VS Code)
- Maintain active communication with parents and school leadership regarding student academic progress.




- Initiate and support STEM initiatives, coding clubs, hackathons, or computational thinking challenges across the school.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a highly related technical field. B.Ed. or CIDTL (Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning) is a strong advantage.

Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience teaching CAIE Computer Science in school.
