About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Customer Appointment Executive Intern
to manage inbound online enquiries. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers who have shown interest in solar solutions, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and wants to gain real-world experience in customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact customers who have submitted enquiries through our website, social media, and digital campaigns.
* Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure timely confirmations.
* Follow up with prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Meet daily and weekly appointment targets.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Confident speaking over the phone.
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Excel, or CRM tools.
* Highly organized with solid attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
