In this position, you'll be responsible for supervising the single items category in our online shop. You’ll ensure their visibility and sales meet expectations by using paid ads, proper website exposure, and collaborating with the product development and growth teams. Your efforts will help us achieve business targets across all markets: the US, Canada, the EU + UK, and Australia.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Facilitate the product strategy in line with business objectives and collected feedback.

Develop new product offerings and validate their selling potential to improve lead generation and funnel conversions.

Oversee the design, prototyping and launch phases based on approved specifications.

Collaborate with inventory team and warehouses to optimise the product quality and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee the high-quality presentation of products in the Shopify store.

Conduct research on market trends and competitor products.

Keep track of all data for stakeholders to share in weekly meetings.





Suggest the upselling strategies by identifying complementary items.

Job requirements

Must-haves:

Documented experience in the product development, inventory or procurement areas.

Successful track record of implementing new products to the commercial offer (crystals are our strong preference).

Good understanding of online retail and factors driving the interest of shop visitors.

Familiarity with emerging market trends (especially in the US, Australia or Europe), with staying updated with evolving habits in shopping.

Effective communication skills for smooth collaboration across teams.

Demonstrated ability to work in a quick-paced, goal-oriented environment.

What we will appreciate:

2-3 years of experience working in the e-Commerce field, in a business selling physical items.

Project management skills with a strong sense of ownership over assigned areas.
