We deliver high performance, results driven technical solutions for international clients, primarily in the USA. We are currently expanding our B2B sales team and looking for driven professionals to acquire new clients in the American market.

The Role We are looking for an energetic, English fluent International Telecaller to join our remote team. In this 100% Work-From-Home role, you will be responsible for dialing US-based business owners during their working hours (IST Night Shift), introducing our web development services, and closing high ticket digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls and send emails to business owners in the USA.
- Clearly explain our technical services (Website Development & Digital Agency services) to non-technical clients.
- Navigate past gatekeepers, overcome objections, and speak directly with decision makers.
- Close high ticket sales and smoothly hand over the requirements to our development team.





Compensation Structure (Please Read Carefully) We believe in rewarding high performance.
- Month 1 (Probation Period): This month is strictly Performance Based to test your closing skills. You will earn a massive 15% commission on every client you close.
- *Example:* If you bring in a $5,000 website client, your commission for that single deal is $750 (approx. ₹62,500).
- Month 2 Onwards (Permanent Role): Candidates who successfully close clients during Month 1 will be absorbed into a permanent, full-time role. You will receive a Fixed Monthly Salary PLUS a 10% commission on all future clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Languages: Exceptional, fluent spoken English with a explicit, neutral, or US-friendly accent. Hindi proficiency is also required for internal team communication.
- Shift: Must be strictly available to work Night Shifts to align with USA
