Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction programs.



The role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will also help ensure compliance with labor laws and company procedures, collaborate with managers to address employee relations matters, and prepare HR reports and documentation. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to support a positive, high-performance work environment aligned with One Health Assist’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR functions and workforce planning.
