We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in the HVAC industry, chilled water systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, and technical sales.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving regional sales and business development, achieving revenue targets, developing key customer and consultant relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role requires strong expertise in techno-commercial discussions, solution selling, account management, and HVAC applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, market penetration, and product positioning objectives.
- Drive target-based sales while adhering to the companys sales processes, policies, and commercial guidelines.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and offers based on customer requirements.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closures.




- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and solution providers.
- Promote the company’s value proposition and provide suitable HVAC solutions based on customer applications.
- Support sales offices and key customers with product knowledge, application support, sales tools, and marketing resources.
- Evaluate regional market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and the company’s market share.
- Recommend suitable pricing strategies, sales policies, and channel strategies to regional leadership.
- Participate in the development and implementation of distribution and channel partner strategies.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and expense plans and ensure achievement of defined business objectives.
