- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

- Ability to understand the client query and communicate/share the required information.
- Preparing daily, monthly reports and trackers
Overall coordination for all kind of Service Desk Backend functionality
Preferred candidate profile
- ITIL knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Communication in English, Kannada and Hindi
- 10+2 or any Degree, Fresher
