Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced University Alliances / Academic Partnerships professional who can build
and manage solid relationships with colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) across
India.
The ideal candidate will have extensive connects within the academic ecosystem and a strong
understanding of training, placement, and CSR-linked skilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and TPOs to drive training and placement initiatives.
- Create and execute a college outreach plan for student mobilization and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for CSR and skilling project alignments with academic partners.
- Develop MOUs and partnerships with institutions to enable project rollouts and student access.
- Maintain and update a central database of TPO connects, placement data, and partner institutions.
- Represent GTT Foundation in academic summits, job fairs, and CSR events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines, data accuracy, and outcomes.
