Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel UPSC aspirants and guide them in selecting the most suitable courses based on their preparation needs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and telephonic leads, providing accurate information about programs and services.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective counselling and relationship-building.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring an excellent counselling experience for students.
- Address student queries related to the UPSC examination, preparation strategy, and available courses.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aspirants throughout their admission journey.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 12 years of experience in UPSC counselling, admissions, or academic counselling.
- Must have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
- Solid understanding of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategy.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Experience in handling walk-in students, inbound/outbound calls, and regular follow-ups.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Student-centric approach with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
