Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full time role responsible for overseeing and managing Netfreak’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with a mix of in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance,



support decision-making for content and marketing investments, and help optimize costs while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to develop financial strategies, manage risk, and support long-term growth of the blog site.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and use of accounting or ERP software.
- Ability to manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls with attention to detail.
- Experience with compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements relevant to small businesses or media/tech firms.
