This is a high-energy, high-ambition, category-creation game. We build surface area — real utility packages, run against real problems — and turn them into products the market can actually buy.
The role —
product builder
Take the utility packages we've already built and package them into products — shaped for the specific user categories and segments we decide to go after. What it is, who it's for, what to cut, what to sharpen, how it makes money. No engineering — but you'll need abstraction, systems thinking, taste, and an obsession with getting the product right.
This is not a regular job.
It's an early-career,
high-ownership seat for someone who wants their name built on what they make.
You might be who we're looking for if:
• You've got 0–2 years behind you — maybe you built something, shipped something, or just can't stop pulling products apart to see how they're made.
• You're restlessly passionate about products, and you think in terms of user, market, and revenue — not features for their own sake.
• You can look at a rough, abstract capability and see the product hiding inside it.
• You think in whole systems — how the parts fit into one working thing.
• You want to own something and put your name on it, inside a small sharp team.
