Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

The Fleet Operations Executive will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily fleet operations to ensure smooth vehicle movement, driver compliance, trip completion, and operational efficiency. The role involves real-time tracking, driver management, MIS reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and telematics systems.
- Track trip progress, delays, route deviations, and vehicle stoppages.
- Coordinate with drivers for attendance, trip allocation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure route adherence and timely trip completion.
- Maintain driver records, attendance, and performance data.
- Monitor fuel efficiency and operational KPIs.
- Handle trip closure activities, POD (Proof of Delivery) collection, and expense verification.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Escalate breakdowns, emergencies, delays, and compliance issues to concerned teams.




- Maintain operational logs and incident reports.
- Ensure fleet and driver compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Support driver availability planning and maintain adequate bench strength.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Transport Operations, or Command Center.
- Freshers with strong communication and Excel skills may apply.

Skills Required
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work with GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.

Preferred Experience
- Logistics, transportation, EV fleet, LNG fleet, or command center operations.
- Experience in driver attendance and tracking
