Responsibilities:
- Analyze OTC B2B collection data to identify trends and develop strategies that improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding debts.
- Monitor payment transactions to detect delinquent accounts and take timely action to minimize risk.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements professionally and empathetically.
- Implement and adhere to collection policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
