Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly ambitious, result-oriented, and target-driven Business Development Executive who has a robust passion for sales. We need someone who knows how to build relationships, convince clients, handle objections, negotiate confidently, and consistently close deals.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets. Industry experience is not the priority—we are looking for someone who has the ability and confidence to sell any product or service and is willing to learn and sell Digital Marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and references.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.




- Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after client onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proven record of consistently achieving monthly targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong objection-handling and deal-closing abilities.
