Interior Architect Cum Project Coordinator

Preferable : commercial (corporate Office Interior)

Min : 5+ years exp in Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD

* Develop 3D models using SketchUp / 3ds Max and create high-quality 3d renderings

* Create walkthroughs / animations using Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or similar tools

* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material specifications

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors

* Visit sites regularly and handle site execution, quality checks, and coordination

* Ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and timelines

* Assist in planning, scheduling, and project documentation

* Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- * Willingness to travel site location(Chennai , Bengaluru, etc.,)
