Role & responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Information Security strategy in line with RBI guidelines.

Lead the overall IT Department, including IT Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Information Security, and IT Operations.

Ensure compliance with RBI Information Security, Cyber Security, and IT Governance requirements applicable to NBFCs.

Establish and monitor Information Security policies, standards, SOPs, and security controls.

Conduct Information Security Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, and Cyber Risk Management.

Lead Cyber Security initiatives, Security Operations, Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery planning.

Oversee IT Governance, IT Audits, IS Audits, VAPT closure, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulators, and technology partners.





Drive implementation of cybersecurity awareness programs across the organization.

Monitor IT risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Present Information Security and IT Governance updates to Senior Management and the Board.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Information Security within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Institution.

Experience leading enterprise IT and Information Security functions.

Preferred Certifications

CISSP

CISM

CISA

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

CEH or other Information Security certifications (preferred)
