Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Production Supervisor role based in Mehsana. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and coordinate resources to meet output and quality targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, assigning tasks to team members,



resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves reviewing work orders, tracking material usage, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting production performance to management. The Production Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training of production staff, and help optimize workflow and productivity.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workload allocation.
- Experience managing production schedules and coordinating daily production activities.
- Proficiency in production planning and resource optimization in a manufacturing environment.
