Purpose of Job

Drive business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. Identify market opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to expanding the organization's presence across target sectors.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, referrals, industry events, and outreach initiatives.
- Understand client needs and position relevant solutions and services effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and business pitches.
- Lead client discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Achieve client acquisition, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.




- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Strengthen client engagement to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
