MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Strategy And Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the company's application portfolio, aligning with business goals and priorities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the application development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new applications or enhance existing ones.

Application Development And Management
- Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the development team.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality applications, managing resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
