［プロジェクト概要および業務内容］ Project Overview and Responsibilities
- 半導体デバイスの歩留、効率、性能を改善するため、フォトリソグラフィ、エッチング、CVD、PVD、ALD、拡散(ディフュージョン)、注入プロセスを設計、開発、調整
- 大量生産環境において、プロセスの逸脱、欠陥、歩留まりの問題の根本原因を特定し、是正措置を実施
- プロファイルと選択性の仕様を満たすプラズマエッチングシステムのレシピを開発
- 正確なCD（臨界寸法）が後工程で維持されることを保証する




- フォトリソグラフィ、エッチング、CVD、PVD、ALD、拡散（ディフュージョン）、注入機器（ステッパー、スキャナー、搬送システム、計測ツール）の設置、較正、修正、予防保守を監督し、最高のパフォーマンスと安定性を確保
- Design, develop, and fine-tune photolithography, Etch, CVD, PVD, ALD, Diffusion and Implant processes to improve yield, efficiency, and performance of semiconductor devices
- Identify the root causes of process deviations, defects, and yield issues, and implement corrective actions in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Develop recipes for plasma etch systems to meet profile and selectivity specs
- Ensure precise critical dimensions (CDs) are maintained post-process
- Oversee the installation, calibration, corrective and preventive maintenance of Photolithography, Etch, CVD, PVD, ALD, Diffusion and Implant equipment (e.g., steppers, scanners, track systems, metrology tools) to ensure peak performance and stability
