Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Store Manager role based in Hoshiarpur. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The role involves leading and coaching the sales team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager monitors retail loss prevention measures,



ensures adherence to company policies, and maintains a safe, well-organized environment. The position also includes setting performance goals, preparing sales reports, collaborating with regional management, and supporting staff training and development.

Qualifications
- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with management.
- Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and sales performance oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring store activities and implementing security procedures.
- Prior experience in retail, ideally in luxury goods or jewelry, with solid sales and merchandising skills.
