Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and general support. The specialist will resolve issues, provide clear and empathetic communication, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Daily tasks include documenting customer interactions,



following up on open tickets, collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations, and sharing customer feedback to improve services. The role also involves maintaining high standards of professionalism, adhering to company policies, and contributing to a supportive, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications
- Robust Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer needs.
