Role Purpose

The Regional Business Head will lead Aatral’s business growth and market expansion across North India.

Based in Gurugram, the role will focus on developing enterprise opportunities,



strengthening strategic client relationships, and positioning Aatral’s VR, AR, AI, simulation, and DAXR solutions within industries such as automotive, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, and defence.

The successful candidate will operate as Aatral’s senior regional representative, combining consultative selling, account development, commercial leadership, and market intelligence.

Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Business Growth
- Develop and execute the regional business plan in alignment with Aatral’s overall growth strategy.
- Identify and qualify opportunities across automotive, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, defence, and enterprise learning markets.
- Build a robust and measurable pipeline of strategic accounts, pilots, product licences, deployments, and long-term service opportunities.
