JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Handle visa applications for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, etc.
- Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
- Verify documents as per embassy/consulate guidelines
- Fill visa application forms accurately and submit them on time
- Schedule visa appointments and biometric slots
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and clients for updates
- Track application status and provide timely follow-ups
- Maintain client records and visa documentation properly
- Resolve client queries professionally.





Skills Expected
- Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, Excel)
