Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring ServiceNow Developers for a walk-in drive in Noida.

Experience Required: 512 Years

Venue: TCS Yamuna Tower VI, Plot No. 22, Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 135, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, including Case Management, Customer Service Portal, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure and manage case workflows, SLAs, entitlements, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Develop and customize Service Portals / Employee Center to enhance customer engagement and self-service capabilities.
- Build solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow development tools.




- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Configure and support Omnichannel capabilities, including Email, Chat, and Virtual Agent.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track customer service performance and operational insights.

Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CSM module.
- Strong understanding of case management, SLA management, and customer service workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, or UI Builder.
- Positive knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM will be an added advantage.
