ROLE SUMMARY

The Care Manager is a Vensat Solutions LLP employee deployed as a Primary Care Resource to serve Vensat's client, Yodda, in the elder care vertical.

The role is responsible for end-to-end management of senior citizen customers in Hyderabad (and any other geography assigned by Vensat), while also driving business development activity for the elder care package including lead generation, appointment setting, and caretaker network expansion. The Care Manager acts as the primary point of coordination between customers, field care personnel, Yodda's head office and command center, and Vensat management, and is expected to keep Vensat management fully informed of all client-related decisions and conversations on an ongoing basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Care Management Serve as the Primary Care Resource for Yodda's senior citizen customers in Hyderabad and any other geography specified by Vensat. Conduct daily check-in calls with customers to monitor wellbeing, address concerns, and ensure service continuity.



Manage and prioritize the workload of Field Care personnel, ensuring timely and appropriate allocation of visits and tasks. Coordinate ongoing online ordering needs of customers (e.g., medicines, groceries, and other essentials) and track fulfillment. Coordinate closely with Yodda's head office and command center on customer status, escalations, and service updates.

Business Development Lead Generation Identify and generate leads for the Elder Care package among senior citizens and their families. Set up and conduct appointments/presentations with senior citizen associations, resident welfare associations, and other prospective institutional or individual subscribers. Support conversion of leads into subscribed customers, in coordination with Vensat management.

Caretaker Network Development Facilitate caretaker tie-ups by sourcing, screening, and onboarding current caretakers to expand Vensat/Yodda's service capacity. Maintain and nurture relatio
