HR Executive

The HR Executive will manage and support all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth coordination between management and staff, while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR software/database updates.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Organize training, workshops, and skill development programs for staff growth.
- Drive employee engagement activities to build motivation and retention.
- Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, goal-setting).
- Address employee grievances and provide HR support in conflict resolution.




- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Track and analyze HR KPIs: employee turnover, training hours, recruitment efficiency, staff satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and people-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
