About Elixir Engineering

Elixir Engineering is a 29-year-old EPC company serving industrial, commercial, and residential clients across Mumbai and Pune, with 600+ clients and ₹200 Cr+ of business delivered to date. Through its Vaccifire brand, Elixir designs, installs, and maintains fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, detection, gas suppression), ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS), and technical facility management services.

Elixir has now launched Vigil, an IoT-enabled Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) that connects fire pumps, tanks, panels, and critical safety infrastructure into a real-time monitored network — delivering instant fault detection, centralised dashboards,



and automated compliance reporting via IoT sensors and MQTTS data capture. Vigil is directly aligned to the recent amendment to the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, which now mandates continuous IoT-based monitoring for many categories of buildings.

Role Summary

Elixir Engineering is looking for a Head of IoT Sales to build and scale the sales function for Vigil, our flagship IoT/ACMS product. This is a business-building leadership role: the successful candidate will define the go-to-market strategy, build a dedicated sales team, and drive adoption of Vigil among high-rises, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, and institutional clients — capitalising on the new regulatory mandate as a solid market driver.
