Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program Zeiss CMM machines for dimensional inspection.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs.
- Conduct inspection of components as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Analyze measurement results and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
- Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CMM operation and programming
- Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Good knowledge of quality tools and inspection methodologies.
