Job Description – Testing & Monitoring Analyst

Experience : 3–6 Years (Relevant experience in Testing, Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Risk, or Customer Outcome Testing)

Location - Pune

CTC- Upto 15 LPA

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Testing & Monitoring Analyst to support first-line testing and monitoring activities across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer outcomes, assessing adherence to policies and procedures, validating the effectiveness of key controls, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work within regulatory and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform testing and monitoring activities in accordance with defined methodologies, standards, and sampling approaches.

· Evaluate customer outcomes and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.





· Assess the design and operational effectiveness of key business controls.

· Complete testing assignments accurately while meeting quality and productivity targets.

· Document testing findings with clear, evidence-based observations and recommendations.

· Apply skilled judgment when determining testing outcomes.

· Prepare concise, meaningful feedback reports and communicate findings effectively.

· Identify risks, control gaps, and areas requiring improvement.

· Participate in calibration and quality assurance sessions to ensure consistency across testing activities.

· Address quality review feedback and complete corrective actions within agreed timelines.

· Build effective relationships with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and audit functions.

· Escalate significant issues and control weaknesses to management.
