Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analytics Engineers.
- Plan and prioritize analytics delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure, and data engineering.
- Deliver executive dashboards and operational reporting.
- Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.
- Establish data governance, quality, and development standards.

Required Experience
- Overall 5–10 years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.
- 3–5 years leading technical teams.
- Experience managing 15+ resources.
- *Construction, EPC, Engineering, International PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry experience preferred.*
