Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Executive to promote and expand our Retail Toy Store business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, play schools, retailers, distributors, and potential customers to generate sales leads, build strong relationships, and increase product awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, pre-schools, toy shops, and retail outlets.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrate and explain toy products to customers.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare daily visit reports. Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, FMCG, Toys, or Retail Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
