Role Description




The Senior Manager – Costing & Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing project costing, budgeting, and financial tracking for real estate and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day activities include preparing detailed cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures against budgets, analyzing cost variances, and recommending corrective actions to maintain profitability and efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, expeditors, procurement, logistics, and inspection teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services within approved cost parameters.
