Role Description
The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a small team, allocate and track work, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Team Lead will coach and support team members, handle escalations, and maintain documentation and reporting as required.



The position requires active participation in planning, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, with experience in delegation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including task prioritization, workflow coordination, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and support process improvements.
- Comfort with using standard office productivity tools and basic data/reporting tools; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
